Apply for the old age pension by speaking. Sahayak verifies your mobile with an OTP, asks for one detail at a time, opens the camera when it needs your age proof, then reads the whole application back — and submits only after you say yes.
Before you press call
- 01Your mobile phone, switched on — the OTP arrives by SMS.
- 02Your bank passbook, for the account number and IFSC.
- 03One age proof — Voter ID, birth certificate or school record.
- 04A quiet room. Sahayak waits for you to finish speaking.
Speak in Hindi, Hinglish or English. When Sahayak asks for your document,
your camera opens and captures the card automatically once it is held steady in
the frame. If the microphone or camera is refused, you can still
apply using the form.
Nothing is submitted until you hear your details read back and say yes. You can end the call at any point and nothing is saved.
