Department of Social Welfare / SSP 2026
Old age security,
applied for in your own voice.
The Purvanchal Old Age Pension gives Rs. 250 a month to residents aged
60 and above. Until now the form assumed you could read it. Sewa Setu keeps the
form — and adds a Sahayak who takes the whole application over the phone, in
Hindi, Hinglish or English, reading every answer back before anything is filed.

Voice first
Sahayak takes the call
Press the button and speak. Sahayak verifies your mobile with an OTP, asks for
one detail at a time, opens the camera when it needs your age proof, then reads
the whole application back to you. Nothing is submitted until you say yes.

Form
The six-step portal
The original departmental form, unchanged in substance: mobile verification,
personal details, address, bank details, age proof upload and the declaration.
Every stage is saved as you go.
How an application moves
One record, four hands, one clock.
i.
Citizen files
By voice or form. OTP-verified mobile, bank details validated, age proof captured.
ii.
Block officer reviews
The queue is sorted by the RTPS clock; the copilot flags age, duplicates and document mismatches.
iii.
Decision is recorded
Approve or reject with a reason. Every action lands in the audit trail with an actor and a timestamp.
iv.
Clock decides the rest
Undecided at 15 days, the nightly job deems it approved — the citizen is never punished for delay.
For reviewers
Everything below runs against the live database, not a mock.
MCP console
Drive both the citizen's and the officer's tool surfaces by hand, or run the
whole two-step journey in one press and read the raw tool traffic.
Open console →
Evaluation dashboard
Five synthetic citizens — including a hostile one — replayed against the
assistant, with the resulting database rows checked pass or fail.

Officer copilot
The block officer's own assistant: triage a queue, inspect a dossier, confirm a
batch. Streaming replies, human-in-the-loop by construction.
